I agree to maintain said confidentiality for the duration of my human existence.

There are many factors that influence my success, so no guarantees are made as to the results I will experience through my experiences at 1000 Days Sober and its associated programs. 

I acknowledge that the STRIVE Method experience, STRIVE Community or CONNECTION: Cultivating Conscious Relationships do not allow for refunds of any kind. I recognize that the space which I have agreed to occupy is a highly sought after position. Should I decide at any point that I no longer wish to participate in these programs to any extent, I do so with the complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount.
