"If all of that shit fell apart, would I still choose this person? And that's how I define love. It’s like, ‘If we had nothing, would I still choose him?".

"How are we meeting our needs, and how are they effectively showing up in our relationship? Is it coming to the point where it's shifting into codependency, or are we allowing ourselves to still be empowered in the space?".

"When we decide to go in partnership, that means you have decided to share your life with someone else. And sharing life with someone else is going to mean you have to make decisions not just in your own space. You have to think for a team now".

"Can you listen to learn rather than listen to judge? And listening to learn and getting curious about your partner again? Just get curious about them. That's going to open so many doors for you".

"When I'm healing people who have gone through traumatic experiences in relationships, like, I get them to be in their body. Like, that's one thing that we actually do and part of the process because when you are trying to rewrite a story, you have to be able to feel it to heal it".

About the Guest

Casey Warwick is an Embodiment Coach specialising in relationships, and some of her secret weapons behind this movement are that she is a Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Casey has worked with and learnt from the best in the business, including the likes of Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, Gabby Bernstein, Preston Smiles, Joel Brown, Luke Hawkins, Kate Gray and Jeff Slater.

Casey's journey into coaching started when she decided to step into the world of personal training only to realise most of the women and men working with her had deep trauma that needed healing. Casey soon shifted her focus from not only health and fitness but also into understanding the behavioural psychology behind why we think act and do to create situations in our lives, hence the ‘Embodiment’.

Casey has served in the military and had many leadership roles throughout her career. Her understanding of the human mind and sabotage strategies allow her to use fast tactical approaches, hypnotic activations and thought-provoking activities to ensure her clients succeed quickly and change their lives for the better.

Casey combines both the human/primitive instincts and spiritual world to show the blind spots of what we fail to not see in our relationships, business and life to master the energies of the masculine and feminine source within.
